This vacation rental home is located in Puerto Aventuras. Puerto Aventuras Resort is an upscale residential community resort located in the heart of the Mexican Mayan Riviera. It is known primarily for its marina, which is the only one to be found along the Riviera Maya. Puerto Aventuras is also the center of sport fishing for Mexico's Caribbean coast. Puerto Aventuras is a quiet alternative to the noisy and more crowded Playa del Carmen. It is centrally located, has an international selection of restaurants and is safe with a 24-hour security patrol. Activities include golf, tennis, and diving and there are a few small shops selling local crafts, a pharmacy and two small grocery stores.

Casablanca is a very special and luxury villa at the Caribbean Coast in Puerto Aventuras. A large deck surrounds a gorgeous 14 X 25 foot oceanfront swimming pool providing an ideal spot for spending hours enjoying the spectacular view either while you're in the pool or lying in a comfortable lounge chair or hammock. The villa has four bedrooms [2 with ocean view], a studio equipped with single beds, and 4 1/2 baths (the master bath includes a Jacuzzi! ) . All bedrooms except the studio are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans

The dining and living rooms offer incredible views of the magnificent sea and beautiful marble floors. The house itself is decorated completely in white with dramatic splashes of color..... stunning ! The kitchen comes fully equipped and leads out directly to a wonderful porch area with a gas Barbeque.

Puerto Aventuras has much to offer you on your vacation and it is all within walking distance of Casablanca: a gym, tennis courts, beautiful nine hole golf course, a full service marina with fishing boats for charter, scuba diving, cave diving, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins and many, many good restaurants and shops. The villa is on a rocky coastline which gives you lots of privacy and is only a short walk away from two beautiful beaches. The snorkeling directly off shore from the villa is some of the best on the coast.

Aside from the multitude of activities found in Puerto Aventuras, there are also many wonderful tours and day trips located within 15 - 30 miles of this incredible town. Xcaret and Xel-ha are both fabulous water parks located just a short drive from the villa. You may also visit the Mayan ruins of Coba and Tulum. If you are more into shopping and night life, Playa del Carmen is just a 15 minute drive from Puerto Aventuras.
